With extensive experience in research, public health initiatives, and healthcare innovation, he has contributed to projects improving community health outcomes and has held senior leadership roles in hospital operations and healthcare strategy. Beyond his professional work, Dr. Shubham has been a guest speaker and strategic advisor, sharing insights on healthcare systems, leadership, and innovative models of care. His vision is to guide talent, foster innovation, and transform healthcare delivery through strategic planning and technology-driven solutions.

Shrikrishna Joshi is a visionary leader in healthcare and life sciences technology with 20 years of experience delivering transformative IT solutions. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects in highly regulated environments including US FDA, CE Mark, ISO 13485, HIPAA, and ISO 9001, driving innovation and operational scale. With extensive global experience across the USA, Canada, Middle East, Singapore, Norway, and UK, Shrikrishna has been a founding member in multiple startups, contributing to their growth before co-founding Valensiq AI. His expertise lies in turning complex challenges into high-impact results through strategic vision and execution.

Ravi Kumar is a seasoned technology leader with over 8 years of experience in enterprise IT strategy, cloud transformation, DevOps, and software engineering leadership. He has successfully delivered mission-critical projects in highly regulated domains, ensuring resilience, scalability, and compliance. As CTO of Valensiq AI Healthtech, Ravi defines the company’s technology vision and architecture, driving innovation, automation, and security across platforms. Dr. Rashmi Rani Mahapatra

Dr. Rashmi is an experienced anesthetist with over a decade of expertise in Neuroanesthesia and Critical Care, holding both an MD in Anesthesiology and a Doctorate of Medicine (DM) in Neuroanesthesia & Critical Care from AIIMS, New Delhi. She has served in leading hospitals including Medanta, Apollo, and AIIMS, with extensive experience in critical care, trauma, and pain management. Her research contributions have been recognized nationally, including award-winning work on anesthesia strategies and perioperative outcomes. As a member of the Indian Society of Anesthesiologists and ISNACC, she brings deep clinical insight and academic rigor to Valensiq AI Healthtech.

CA Mukesh Sharma

CA Mukesh Sharma is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in Audit, Taxation, and Accounting Systems Implementation across government and private sectors. Qualified in 2008, he has successfully led key projects with efficiency and precision. He has also served as an Independent Director, offering strategic and governance-level insights, and is well-versed in UK accounting, taxation, and compliance including HMRC and Companies House regulations. She holds an LLB, a Masters in Microbiology, and a PG Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from National Law School, Bangalore. With expertise in Healthcare Law, Medical Device Regulations, and Data Protection, she has served as Legal and Compliance Consultant at CARPL.AI, advising on Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) regulations, AI contracts, and Data Processing Agreements.
